Anna grew up in her mother’s Swedish influenced kitchen. She still loves cooking along-side her mother. Anna honed her cooking skills at The Cookery at The Grange, UK and the International Culinary Institute, NYC and has developed an easy-going and flexible style of cooking that adapts to the challenges of being a working mom in a fast-paced city like New York. Anna has been featured in video tutorials and print for Martha Stewart Living and is guest chef of Cooking Channel's Comfort Food episode of Taste In Translation. In addition to food styling for publications and ad campaigns, she caters for both private and corporate events. Beyond traditional catering she also leads “cooking dinner parties” for adults and party classes for kids in host homes. Anna is the founder and owner of The Rounds, a mostly savory cookie company, based in Brooklyn, NY.
